What are peptides?

What does lyophilized mean?

Lyophilization, commonly known as freeze-drying, is a process used to remove water from a substance while preserving its structure and biological activity. In this process, the substance is frozen and then subjected to low pressure, causing the frozen water to sublimate directly from solid to vapor without passing through the liquid phase. This results in a dry product with minimal damage to its structure and function. Lyophilized products have an extended shelf life and are often more stable than their liquid counterparts, making it possible to ship and store without refrigeration.。

Reach 25kits shipping free.
Waters and liquids need to pay shipping fees alone based its weight.

We use US special line for shipping. 12-15 days arrive you. DDP US.
Final dispatch is USPS or FEDEX
EU countries have EU special line final dispatch by DHL, 15 days .
UK have UK special line, final dispatch is Royal mail. 7-10days

Special line means shipping agent transfer goods from China to your country which this part have no tracking update(some shipping agent have their own system have track path), when arrived destination customs finished clearance, then transfer to the native express as final dispatch.
When you see the tracking numeber offered to you which have update, that means it finished customs clearance, only need to wait dispatching to your hand.。

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of this industry we can never accept a return on an opened or used product. In special cases of unused peptides we may be able to accept your return. Please contact support to request a RMA and label be sent to you via email. Please also provide your original payment method. Be advised there will be a restocking fee of $10 which covers the cost of shipping and handling. Damaged peptides will not be refunded unless the damage occured while in transit to your facility, and not from it.
